We understand that it can be inconvenient and that everyone has busy lives, but it is essential to know where we stand as a business. Reviews mean a lot to us, even the constructive ones. It never feels good when a customer is not satisfied with your business. Just like any other business, we want all our clients and couples beyond happy! However, constructive criticism gives us a chance to change for the better and move things around so we can be a better business and accommodate future couples. As they say, a company can thrive with success, but there is always room for improvement.
