You’re engaged! Congratulations! You chose a date! Now let’s start planning your dream wedding. This is our version of full-service wedding planning. With this package, you gain a new best friend who will always be excited to hear your wedding ideas. I/my team will be there every step of the way to turn them into reality. Depending on your venue selection, this package can start a year or more before your wedding date.
Package includes:
- 4-1 Hour planning meetings either in person or via Zoom
- Monthly Zoom Meetings from 6 to 3 months out from the day
- Bi-weekly meetings
- Daily contact the week of the wedding
- Schedule and be present at all venue and service meetings for ceremony and reception
- In-house services include officiants, hair, and makeup
- Support with creating the guest list, selecting invitations, and mailing
- RSVP support and help with seating charts and place cards.
- Confirmation of Bridal Shower, Bachelorette, and Bachelor parties
- Help organize gifts for parents, bridesmaids, groomsmen, and each other.
- Help with scheduling fitting appointments for Bride and Wedding party
- Rehearsal Dinner check-in and confirmation with venue
- Create Timeline and script for both ceremony and reception.
- Confirmation of Ceremony venue including the officiant, decor, and program Confirmation with Venue including catering, decor, bar, staff, etc.
- Confirmation with all services( Photographer, Hair and Makeup, Videographer, Entertainment, Virtual Technology, Flowers)

This package is ideal for couples who love attending to all the details and enjoy having control over making decisions but don’t have time for all the small but necessary details (think trash removal, power, and bathrooms). I/my team will work with you side by side to ensure no detail is missed, take the not-so-fun tasks off your hands, and put out all the small fires that come with planning a wedding. This package begins about 2-3 months before your wedding day.
