I get goosebumps thinking about it! It was beautiful and we still get compliments from our guests three months later. She took time to get to know us to make sure it was tailored to us and our love story. We loved how great of a job she did at making our ceremony not boring and not stuffy. You could tell that Lori truly loves what she does. Everything was seamless from beginning to end. Lori is very good at communicating during the entire process and is very organized. “When my husband proposed, there was really only one option for whom I wanted to officiate, Lori Prashker-Thomas. Lori and I grew up together many moons ago. In fact, she even lived with me over the summer one year.
Lori created an incredibly personal and customized ceremony and worked collaboratively with us to make sure we aligned at every stage of the process. Her questionnaire was very thorough and allowed us both to include things that were important to each of us.
When It came time for the wedding weekend, Lori flew 2500 miles across the country to officiate. She ran the rehearsal with efficiency. Wedding night is sort of a blur for me. BUT, I do remember clearly how she led us through our ceremony, including important parts for us (moment of silence for departed parents, breaking the glass, etc). Lori also helped me find an interfaith Ketubah and consulted on several other pieces that weren’t really in her contract.

I will never forget the time Lori took to make our ceremony individualized to our personal style. Lori made it ‘us’.
We were coming close to our date, and I was so unsure who to use as an officiant. I found Lori. I looked through photos of her and just felt so connected. I saw her wearing a beautiful dress and asked she wear that dress. And she did that for me!!! (And she looked so beautiful in the dress she wore also!)
Lori takes the time to get to know her couples. Likes, dislikes, wants, and needs. I was so impressed. My husband was impressed, and our guests raved about her! Very HIGHLY recommend Ceremonies By Lori, and Lori as an officiant!
